I love marketing.

You can do many things with marketing like advertising, event, party, flyer, cold call and etc.

Today, I want to share with you a very cool tactic to instantly boost your sales target within a short period of time. Let me start with offline marketing…

If you’re running a restaurant, you can sell membership card or voucher. That’s seem like just normal? Read this…

“Get Paid $100 Enjoy In My Restaurant”

It seems like a scam or hype. But it’s real. The tactic is this – You sell a membership card for $300 but you give $400 credit to your customer. This mean they get extra $100 for free. If you have 100 customers sign up to your membership card, then you will instantly have $30,000 for your company. Some people might think that this is too crazy to give away $100, of course you need to do the math if your business still make profit if you give out $100. I believe if your customer spend $400 in your restaurant, then you at least make 50% profit = $200, but you have already giveaway $100 to your customer, so your net profit will be $100. (Just work out the math)

Think about this, not all 100 customers will spend all the money within a month. Ask yourself, will you spend all $400 in the same restaurant within a month? Before the customers spend all the money in your restaurant, I believe your company will use that money to reinvest into other investment. There are many company not just doing business but also running investment at the same time like stock market, properties and etc.

When you got $30,000 for your company, and you just keep it in the bank, then this is just stupid. You have to reinvest the money to grow more money. Of course, don’t do the high risk investment.

I hope you see my point how to instantly boost up sales target. It’s just about ‘quantity’. You make less profit from each customer but you make more from all the customers.

Come from online industry…

If you’re selling digital product, you have pay nothing if extra 100 people buy your product. You don’t have to pay for printing cost, shipping and etc. So why not do a special promotion to combine several of your products into a big package for a special price?

Like, each of your product sell for $47. Now you pack 4 of them into a package and sell for just $67. This will instantly boost up your sales. That’s too crazy, if buy them separately, the price will be $188 but now for just $67. This tactic work and proven success. Of course, do not do this too often otherwise your customers will not feel special anymore.

Whether it’s online or offline, some of the tactic cannot use too often otherwise will not work in the future. You have to make your customers feel ’special’ and only for limited time. Try this and let me know your feedback. Thank you!

The surprising thing about image streaming
is that it never stops being MORE powerful.

money & the "dark" side of your mind

Hi,

This email will take about a minute
to read. Time it.

It's a little thought experiment that may
change how you view this recession and money,
not to mention dumpsters.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Imagine everything you own is taken
from you.

Yes, EVERYTHING.

You have no computer, no job, no
home, no car, no customers,
no business.

No friends or colleagues either.
Nothing.

ZZZZAAAP, you wake up wearing
nothing but the clothes you have on
now, and you are physically in a
dumpster in some downtown city.

(In the U.S. a dumpster is a large
metal container where garbage is
kept, behind shops and office
buildings.)

You wake up, realize where you are,
and then...

What would you do first? Yeah, we
know you would get OUT of the
dumpster. But THEN what would
you do?

How -- exactly -- would you recreate
your lifestyle the way you had it
before?

Or would you?

Maybe you would create a NEW and
better lifestyle.

Probably not, but you darn sure
wouldn't STAY there in the
dumpster, saying something to
yourself about how this is
your 'new' reality.

Instead, some impulse inside of you
would say, "This isn't who I am or
how I should be living!"

THAT impulse would -- somehow --
carry you out and into a nonstop
process of change that would really
be automatic.

I mean, there'd be WORK involved -
- you'd have to get the food and
shelter somehow -- but you wouldn't
have to "get yourself" to take action.

You wouldn't need a stack of Tony
Robbins motivational tapes to keep
you focused on your 'goals', that's for
certain.

In fact, if I caught up with you a year
later, how likely is it that your life
would resemble the life you had
BEFORE the dumpster incident?

You'd have a new place to live, your
new cable/sky-tv just the way you
like it, a new cell/mobile phone,
clothes just the way you like them,
your favorite shampoo, favorite
beverage in the fridge, all just the
way you like them.

Somehow, that IMPULSE inside you
would carry you up to this familiar
level.

That's great!

But then that same Impulse
would...STOP.

So here's the question...

How would "It" know when to stop?

In most cases, this impulse inside of
you would RE-create your life the
way it was, but not any MORE
than the way it was.

So you'd make a new home happen,
but not two homes. And not a
mansion, either, at least not any
bigger than the one you're used to.

You'd make a car happen, but not a
fancier car than before.

You'd recreate your income, but your
income just like before.

Where does that Impulse get its
instructions anyway?

I know a man who fled a communist
country years ago with NOTHING
but his wife, his two children
and one suitcase.

Fast forward a year, and he was in
Chicago (a new country!)
with the SAME lifestyle he had
before.

No better, no worse. (He actually
lived well, so his 'normal' was better
than most people's. The point is, it
wasn't any better than he had.)

If Donald Trump or Richard Branson
woke up in that dumpster, with no
resources at all, what would THEIR
Impulse cause them to do and create?

Advanced Super Bonus question:
HOW would their Impulse GET
THEM to do those things?

Can you change your money_impulse? Can
you improve it so that you have a
new Impulse, aiming where you
would RATHER be?

2009: Internet Marketing Promotion Bonus

Last 3 days ago I received an email from my existing customer.

The email started with “Sean, what are your bonuses for MME4?”

Let me explain what is MME4, the full name is Marketing Main Event 4 created by Jeremy and Simon. Based on what I have read from the salesletter, it’s a turnkey system - ready made membership site. The membership sites are all ready to go. Cut in short, you’re buying “business-in-a-box”.

Okay, I’m not promoting MME4 today and I want to explain why I didn’t do promotion for JV Partners recently. It’s not their products not good but I have my own reason not promoting.

You see, there are more than 5 products about internet marketing release every single month. This is a never ending game and I don’t think you like to receive promotion after promotion from month to month.

I don’t want my subscribers get information overloaded and I even don’t want my subscribers just keep on reading marketing materials without taking action. If you have bought a marketing course and it contains 20 videos, 3 PDF books, 10 MP3 audio and etc. Tell me, how long you will finish all these information?

Based on my survey result, 8 out of 10 people never finish the course.

There are 3 common reasons -

1. They didn’t see the result after studying the course for 2 month
2. They were attract by other marketing course
3. They’re looking for magic button but not course

Hey, if you never take action then how do you see result? This is true, if you just STUDY without take action, then you’re not going to see anything in return. You’re not going to get result by buying the course but take action only.

If you have bought some courses previously and still haven’t get result. I suggest you stop buying any course or product and think carefully to find out your problems. You could be fall into one of the categories above. If you’re not interested to study the big course, then just take the small course that will just take you about 2 weeks to complete.

Some courses just have a small package like 5 videos, 2 PDF and 5 Mp3 where you can finish all the information within 2 weeks or a month. This way, you can start to take action after 2 weeks.

You might see some people invest many money into courses month after month and they still make a lot of money or get the result they want.

Are they genius? Absolutely NO.

I buy many many courses and books from time to time. Average 1 new book per month. The subjects include self improvement, business management, sales marketing, multi level marketing, internet marketing, advertising and etc.

Honestly, I never finish all the books and courses information. Only some books I like then I will read them until the end of the page. Like, Donald Trump “Think Bigs” book. The book interest me because it was their real life stories and experience.

The rest of the books and courses, I just grab the information I want. What does that mean?

Some books and courses have the information I want to learn or know about. So I will buy it and just learn THAT information I want. If the book chapter 4 has the information I want, then I will just read the chapter 4 and ignore the rest. If I need to finish ALL the books and courses information I have bought, then I don’t need to do business anymore and will take me many years to complete.

Have you notice that? If you keep on buying information and study all of them until the end, then you’re not going to get result. Just study what you need from now.

How to manifest things faster

Hi,

Michael Campbell and I get a lot of mail
about manifesting, and there is a question
that keeps coming up.

It goes like this...

"Can I REALLY use manifesting to __________?"

Go ahead, fill in the blank with ANYTHING,
and we've probably been asked.

Can I use it to win a lott*ery?

Can I use it to have washboard-abs?

Can I use it to attract a special-someone?

Can I use it to manifest any car that I want?

Can I use it to get out of debt_?

Can I use it to let go of some personal problem
that keeps me awake at night?

Let me tell you something that Michael details

For better and FASTER results, there are two questions
worth tattoo-ing on your memory.

* What is the current probability of the event happening
-- right now, before you do anything?

* Are you using all available tools to get the result?
(The "Right tool for the job" as Michael puts it.)

1. Use probability (or statistical likelihood)
to your advantage.

SOME things are more likely to happen than others.

Instead of taking something statistically UNLIKELY and
using manifesting techniques on that, use your
skill to boost the probability of something that
is ALREADY somewhat possible.

If you are manifesting a job, let's say, then
it's not cheating to send out letters or make
phone calls too.

Yes, that may sound obvious, but it's a trap many fall into:

They think the best strategy (in the job example) is to
sit and do a visualization and then expect someone will
suddenly call them with a job offer.

Yes, I can tell that that such a result IS possible,
no question about it.

But use Michael's advice and go with probabilities first,
especially if the project is important or urgent.

Pick an outcome that has SOME probability, and then DO
what you can to INCREASE the probability.

Manifesting money? Start a product or service business, then
use the manifesting techniques to help BOOST the odds
so that your business thrives.

If you want to meet a special_someone, then boost
the odds by socializing.

What you'll find is that your results are better and faster.

Critics of manifesting will say, or sometimes even shout:
But if I am DOING those things, then why bother
with the manifesting technique at all?

The answer: To INCREASE the probability. Some people do the
actions and get nowhere. Or it takes a long time.

SOME people do the manifesting techniques and get nowhere.
Or it takes a long time.

Combine those two things, and your probability of success
goes way way up.

The other nice thing about mindtools: Your intuition
will pull your attention toward those actions that are
more effective.

Your time between intending and having is shortened.

2. Make sure you are using the right tool for the job.

If you are manifesting a desired physique, then don't forget
the diet-and-exercise part. Those ARE the right tools for
that result.

If you have an important meeting or presentation,
then remote influence IS right the night before, and
friendly listening is right during the meeting.

The important thing is NOT the technique, it's about
getting the results as fast and happily as you can.

Getting Things DONE FAST

Have you ever feel that you can’t finish your work and your work performance getting slower?

It could be the Time Management issue. When we failed to manage our time, we will getting tired and feel work overloaded.

We have only 24 hours a day even the richest man in the world. The billionaires and multi-millionaires do not have extra hour a day but they know how to manage their time and leverage.

If you have 10 tasks to be done in a day, probably you can’t make it as one person but you can manage to delegate to other people that can help you out. Otherwise you will not be able to finish the tasks.

Sometimes we are getting slow performance. Like, you can write 500 words article in just 30 minutes previously, but now you take an hour to complete an article. This mean your work performance getting slower and you need to fix it.

“Always track your work performance and quality from time to time.”

You can prepare a checklist and record your best record time. This way, you can compare your current work performance with previous best record. You can see it clearly how you improve your work performance.

Our brain cannot store too many things and cannot remember everything all the time. I knew it, because I always stuck in the middle when someone interrupt me. I need to get a paper or notepad to write down all the things I need to do for today (just like a checklist).

That’s another scenario like this…

When you’re doing something at home and your mother just work over and ask you to buy something at 5pm later. Then you just answer YES. But sooner later you totally forgot what she said just now. Why? Because you never store that task into your brain.

When we’re busy on something and someone talk to us, we will never store anything into our brain of what they’re saying because our brain is concentrating on our work. The best way you can avoid this it… take a notepad and write down the things you need to do and the things that people ask you to do later.

Why Average People Remain Average By Patric Chan

If you do what you’re expected to do, don’t expect an outstanding result, my friend.

Study successful people and you’ll sure to discover one thing that many of them would have in common… they live by that words of “always do more than what is expected of you.”

I don’t care. It could be sleeping an hour less everyday to have more time to build your wealth or whatsoever.

Whether you are mowing people’s lawn or someone is mowing your lawn, when you are teaching a seminar or being a participant, or when sharing your knowledge or giving advice to your people, always do or give more than what people expect. Then they will flock around you, they will line up to meet you and be happy to support you in whatever thing that you want to do next.

If you’re training to be a champion, don’t just train like an average player. Train more than you’re expected to train.

If you’re building a multi-level marketing business, increase the numbers of prospects you would like to meet everyday. If it used to be 10, now you would have at least 12. By just increasing your effort 20%, you’ll end up with 60 new prospects a month. Now, that’s what I called exponential.

Trying to win a girl’s heart? I’m not surprise that you could be “competing” with three other guys for the same girl. And you can only win if you’re giving more than all of them if everyone’s equal. I’m not saying giving more money or buying stuff’ give love, time or whatever that counts to her.

Whenever you are interacting with people or in a relationship, treat the other party extremely well.

Whatever is expected of you in that relationship, be it with your girlfriend or business partner or client, your spouse or your friend, always do or give more than what is expected of you in that relationship for that is the secret of making it a success.

It is not that you have to do or give a whole lot more; you have to do just a little bit more than the rest. That’s it. The 10mm-difference is what Anthony Robbins calls it for you to become outstanding… in any undertaking.

To do this, it’s not difficult. But most people are just too lazy to put in the effort. I’m one of them but I’ll always keep reminding myself this’ winner takes all. There is no second place, my friend. I would rather strive with the extra effort to get #1 because the pay off is many times greater.

Do you remember who the second best basketball player is? Nope. You can remember Michael Jordan because he’s #1. In fact, as far as I know, there’s no such place as ‘the second best basketball player’.

Who’s the second fastest runner in the world? Who knows. I just know the #1.

Others have called this ‘more than expected attitude’ as ‘going for the extra mile’. Notice that they don’t say the extra 10 miles.

How come?

Because the average persons don’t bother to do more than what is expected of them. I know it’s sad but that’s the truth.

To most people, “always do more than what is expected of you” are mere words and they don”t put substance to it because people are greedy and they just want to do the bare minimum to make money, to make a profit or whatever.

And guess what… successful people are never your average persons.

To be generous and to treat others extremely well, you must come from the perspective of abundance thinking. Then only “always doing more than what is expected of you” will come easy and naturally.

So the next time you are with somebody, or in a business negotiation, or just interacting with another person, ask how can I help you… without even expecting any return.

As the other saying goes– you have to give, in order to get. In fact, if you want to gather riches you have to be as generous as you can. Touch people’s lives profoundly, in ways that they would never forget. Give it forward… help another and that person will help another. Always do more than what is expected of you. Do this and the reward will come to you 10 folds or 100 folds when you are least expecting it.

Do you think you can do more than what you’re doing today? Of course you can. The question is… DO YOU WANT OR NOT? You’ll have to decide for your own future on that.

Vitale/Huna/Shakti Gawain/Abraham-
Hicks/you-name-it metaphysical
books, and suddenly the book-buyer

is even MORE convinced that there really IS
something to this manifesting stuff.

Some people forego books, and get the
audios, or the videos, or go to the seminars.

(More recipes, collected in various formats.)

Again, would you rather collect
recipes, or cook up something you
REALLY want?

Attention Deficit Manifesting ; ) ~ M

Remember I told you about Neville, the

popular author and speaker who

taught manifesting in the 1940's and 50's?

He got a LOT of people to

understand that vivid use of imagination

will manifest a heart's desire.

Or as he put it: "Imagining creates reality"

Well...

Back in 1946 there was another

teacher of manifesting (Israel Regardie)
who offered a warning about that idea.

See, Regardie was also a psychologist, and was

aware of something VERY simple that

can get in the way of ANY manifesting...

"Neville's method is sound enough.
But the difficulty is that few people
are able to muster up this emotional
exaltation or this intellectual
concentration...

"As a result of this definite lack of
training or technique, the mind
wanders all over the place, and a
thousand and one things totally
unrelated to 'I AM' are ever before
their attention."

In other words...

How do you focus your mind to

create something, when your mind moves
and jerks around like a loose firehose?

Manifesting mistake most people make... (not you!)

Hi,

It's Michael here, with a principle of manifesting

that is extremely important, no matter WHAT

mind technique you use.

I realized it when I was talking with Sean the other

day on the phone, and mentioned that I'd done
my 500 squats for the day.

Honestly, I think I heard him spit a mouthful of m&m's

on his computer screen when I'd said it.

"You did 500 -- all at one time?" he asked.

"Yes," I told him, and it was actually easy.

And then it occurred to me. The THING that makes it

easy is the piece about manifesting a lot of people miss.

Like this...

Let's say someone asked you to help
them lift something heavy.

Could you do it?

WOULD you do it?

Depends how heavy, right?

No, not really.

It actually depends on your HABITS.

Hmmm....

Wildly popular teacher of manifesting,

a one-word name (like Elvis or Bono),

First a reminder about tomorrow.

I'm going to show you something --

-- actually TWO things -- that are missing

from MOST manifesting advice.

Seriously, you can trot to your local bookseller

and see all the manifesting books, one after another

and see the pattern.

Nearly ALL of them forget to include

one or both of these two pieces.

It's no wonder people get frustrated.

You keep being told about the power of your mind to
create all, but without the two pieces that make it possible.

This is like being given a new fancy car, tank full of fuel, and then

finding there is no steering wheel, and the ignition key doesn't fit.

One of the most popular teachers of
manifesting in the last century
went by a one-word name

And he did this long before Madonna,
Elvis, or Sting. ; )

People LOVED his message, and
filled the halls when he gave
his live talks.

"Don't think OF your goal," he
taught, "Think FROM your goal."

Nicely said!

Here's another one from him...

"If there is something tonight that
you really want in this world, then
experience in imagination what you
would experience in the flesh were
you to realize your goal, and then
deafen your ears, and blind your eyes
to all that denies the reality of your
assumption."

In that one little paragraph, he
pretty well sums up the message
of The Secret, and Creative
Visualization, and a whole host of
'manifesting' advice, don't you think?

Identify what you want, then create
the feeling of HAVING your goal
and maintain that feeling until the
goal happens.

When you say it like that, it's a
Piece of cake, right?

Oh, wait, except for that part about
HOW.

He's not very specific about HOW to
create that locked-in focus on your intention.

And whaddya do when your intention looks
a LOT different from the world around you?

Let's face it...

Manifesting prosperity is one thing.

Manifesting prosperity while looking
at a pile of unpaidbills is something else

entirely.

Create Your Own Luck

Have you ever blame that you don’t have luck?

Do you know that you can create your own luck if god didn’t give you one?

Although ‘Luck’ will not help you to achieve 100% what you want, but it takes a small percentage on your success.

If you’re a sales person and want to see the manager but you’re stopped by their secretary and give you many B.S. reasons like ‘our manager is too busy and can’t see you’ or ‘our company do not interested on your product’.

You’re stopped at their filter. So you have no luck to pass through.

Create your own luck to reach the manager.

Example: Find out what are the activities that the manager do, like golfing, hiking, swimming and etc. Maybe check what are the places that the manager always go for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Let say you found out the manager always go to ABC restaurant for dinner. Then you can have the same time to have your dinner too in that restaurant. So when you see the manager arrive at the restaurant, then try your best to have the table near him. Ok, then just act like this:

YOU: Hey, Are you Mr. John from XXX company?
Mr. John: Yes, may I know you before?
YOU: Oh, I’m so lucky meet you here. My name is X X X (try not to intro your company at first but make friend with him)

then the conversation go on… (for building relationship techniques, please refer to your favourite bookstore for the suitable books that can help you on this)

You see, you can create your own luck to meet the person you want but NOT wait for the ‘luck’ to come.

Ok, you must know that sometime you just meet someone in a place that you both do not plan to meet, so it’s called a luck. However, if you really want to meet that person, then you need to create your own luck but not waiting for the luck to come because you won’t know when your luck will come.

If you want to know a girl, that’s the same thing. You need to create your own luck. Never think you can get to know the girl based on your luck to see if both of you will meet again in some where. If you know the girl always go to the gym for exercise, then you can join the gym too to create your luck to meet her again. In this case, you will 100% sure to meet her again without waiting for the luck to come.

Remember, luck is just part of the thing. It may help you to get started or help you to complete the thing.

I just picked up this cool tip from my good friend -
Jo Han Mok, who’s truly a Master Wordsmith.

Apparently, certain words that end with “ly” can be
sneakily used in your copy to slowly and hypnotically
influence your readers.

Obviously, these words easily slip into their minds
under their radar and you can clearly see how these
words work powerfully as persuasion weapons.

Quite evidently, I’ve already led by example in using
all these words in the couple of paragraphs earlier…

* clearly
* slowly
* apparently
* certainly
* easily
* powerfully
* evidently
* Insantly

Spot them? : - )

Then next time you write copy, try sprinkling your
copy with a liberal dose of words that end with “ly”.

I think you might easily wind up amazed at how much
more ‘hypnotic’ your copy instantly becomes.

Nick Vujicic - Never Give Up

Have you ever give up on something when you failed?

I have too but not now after I watched Nick Vujicic’s video and also read the “Think BIG” book by Donald Trump.

One of the chapter inside the book teach us Never Give Up and keep on trying until you success. If you give up, then you will never success. Success belong to those people who never give up.

Maybe you might not fully understand what I mean, so I attached a very touching video below.

As you can see in the video, if Nick give up to stand up, then he will never get up. Even he need to try 100 times or 200 times, and he still need to do it until he can get up. This is same problem what we have encountered in our life. If someone rejected you 100 times, don’t give up! Keep on trying and you will success.

When you keep on trying but still failed, then you must check what you have done wrongly. If method 1 do not work for you, try method 2, method 3, 4, 5, 6 until you found a way to success.

Building Business Relationships

This is one of the most important lesson for doing business in offline or online world.

It doesn’t matter what business you do, relationship play the most important role in doing businesses. If you don’t know the company director and you suddenly pop up to their company and approach them your product, guess what? You will be rejected or kick out of the business.

If the Director is your friend, then it’s much easier to approach him your product. You save many steps to do business with him. You doesn’t need to wait 2-3 hours in their company just to see them and not even waste entertainment fee on them.

Remember this “Before business, friend first”

You need to make friend with those business person before you try to approach them your product/ businesses. That’s several ways to make friend with them without spending much money.

Remember, you do not need to always buy them lunch or dinner or any entertainment fee. Otherwise people will know that you’re trying to good with them.

To be a friend, we are sharing what we know and help each other.

How to make friend with those business person?

Find out their interest. What they like to do when they’re free. Like playing golf? hiking? playing badminton? tennis? and etc.

If they’re any member of the club like Lion Club, then you can join too so you can make friend with them. Find out what they do and what they like. Find chances to make friend with them.

When you’re trying to make friend with them, make sure you do not contribute too much on them, like always buy them lunch, dinner or entertainment. This doesn’t help you. How you can make them like you very much is how you can help them when they have problems. (I’m not referring to money problem)

Example: He/ she has a kid want to study in ABC high school but the school management reject their request because of some reasons (maybe poor of results). If you can help them get into that school, then they will very appreciate you. They will feel that you’re a person that able to solve problem so they have no worries to make friend or business with you.

Recession in 2009

It has been a month that I didn’t update my blog. (very very busy)

I started to learn a lot of new things like playing share with quick cash method, piano music (training my brain), offline sales marketing and follow up the rest of the investment like unit trust, property and etc.

The market getting slow down because some people has lost their job and pay cut. Many people trying to spend less and save more. Some MLM company aim the timing to attack on those factory worker. I personally attended a MLM presentation recently. Most of the people there, are the factory people. They want to earn extra money before they’re the next to be fired.

I didn’t join the opportunity. To me, there’s no any company is the best and make you most money. It’s depend if that opportunity comfortable for you. I have been very very busy doing my things, so I probably don’t have extra time to spend on doing presentation to recruit downline in this new opportunity.

Everything is slow and getting worst. Like stock market, today in Malaysia, the share index drop 18. Right now the index remain less than 900. Last time index over 1000. (drop almost 100++ since the recession)

It’s the best time to entering into the stock market. “Buy low sell high” (right now the price is very low)

I met some of my friends, some of them worked as salesperson. They told me that the market very quite. That’s true. I went to my uncle company that their business is to supply tools to factory. My uncle sat in the company and I ask “Didn’t go out to meet customers?”, and he said “The market is very quite and no order from factory”.

Since the market is getting slower, there will be less cash flow in the market. I would advice to spend only it needed. Cut down the unnecessary expenses and do more good investment like saving or any insurance investment plan.

If you’re not good in investment, then I suggest you ask from those professional finiancial planner to design a investment plan for you. You can find them from bank or insurance & investment company. Mostly they will design a long term investment for you because you don’t have the time to monitor your money.

Unless you’re business owner or have extra time like me, then you can monitor your own money on many investment like Unit trust, share and etc.

My personal advice: NEVER EVER involve HYIP on the internet (High Yield Investment Plan). HYIP will always offer you like 3% interest or 10% interest per month. A few attractive investment plan that ask you to throw in your money. NEVER EVER trust in this investment. If you have already invested money into HYIP, then what you can do is just pray they pay you the money before they shut down their website.

I have see many HYIP movement, some shut down their website in 3 months, some 6 months and the longer is after 2 years. I don’t want to speak out the name that the one last until 2 years but if you’re live in Malaysia and have notice the newspaper last few years back, then you will know which HYIP website. (many people lost their money in this HYIP)

I cannot give any advice on how to overcome and ideas to make more money because the readers are from around the world and different people has different situation. What I can share is how to make money online, using internet to make extra money.

I will create a small ecourse (maybe free or charge a small fee) that teach how to make money online without spending a single cent. That’s right, no need to pay advertising or buy website. It’s just a simple small ecourse that won’t take you much time to learn.

Affiliate marketing and Google adsense are not my recommendation to someone newbie to get started with.

If you have some skills like:
- design graphic
- writing salesletter
- setup website
- create wordpress theme/ plugin
- audio transcript
- translate languages
- many more.

Then I suggest to provide services to make quick and solid cash.

Think about this, you don’t need to hire anyone to create product, writing salesletter, design your product minisite/ ecover/ banner to start making money by selling the product.

Now you can start making money from zero cost by providing services.

If you know how to manage your services, you can make a solid cash and earn this full time income.

Example: I knew there are a lot of graphic designer compete the design fee like $27 for an ecover.

If you know how to manage your business, you can charge $47 for an ecover. Or you can even charge a design project for $500- $1,000. It’s depend how you manage your business and how you do your business.

You cannot simply charge premium fee to your customers when you just started. However, there’s a way you can do this if you know how.

What is your plan in 2009?

This question will be asked many times when gathering with friends.

Everybody wanted to know each other plan in 2009 and see if we can work together to achieve the goals. That’s good to share your plan with your friends that who wanted to work together. Sometimes you might need their help to accomplish something.

People are looking for better offer to change their current job. I knew some of my friends have changed their job in 2009 because they got better offer from other company. That’s normal because people always looking for better offer (income).

Know what you want so you will do the right things.

Many people saying that want to make more money and want to be rich. Hello?

If your goal is to make more money, then it’s not your main goal. Why?

Ask yourself a question when you set your goal. “Why I need so many money?”

Okay, so what’s your answer? “The answer will be the real ‘goal’ that you want”

Like, I want to buy a house, car, boat, travel around the world and etc. So you need money to achieve your goal. Make sense? Your goal is not money but other things.

If you just know your goal is money, then you will be like closing your eye to shoot the bird. You will never know where is your target but always try to shoot it.

Open your eye so you can see where is your target.

If you want to buy a house that cost you $100, 000 then your goal target will be $100,000. Right now you’re very clear that you want to achieve $100k so can buy your house.

Draw your plan that will achieve $100k.

There are many way to create your own plan. But I wanted to share with you how I achieve the amount of money that I want.

Here’s the how:

I want to have $10,000. So I will divided $10k into 3 part. Which mean around $3500. From every $3500, I will think what project can help me achieve that $3500. First, I will plan to create a new product to sell online that will help me achieve some quick cash.

Then I will also plan to do some quick investment like stock market. I will also plan to be part time broker for selling car, house and etc.

I don’t do one thing to achieve a goal. I leverage them into a few part. Like my internet business will handle $3500, stock market investment will handle $3500 and misc broker business will handle $3500. Maybe I’m lazy person or can’t take too much pressure on one thing.

Some people will do just one thing to achieve the goal. There’s no right or wrong but you choose the way that you feel more comfortable.

NOTE: If you just make $1000 per month, then do not set your goal to make $10,000 per month right now. You will give up very quickly after a few failure. Try to increase your target by double or triple.

I was so busy to update my blog recently because I’m trying a new tactic on stock investment. After a few tried, the tactic is work so well to have some bonus income. Although the tactic can’t make me rich but it’s low risk and good money to have as bonus. The best part is - it’s a quick cash method. It could be turn into cash within month, week or a few days.

Pick the right product to resell

This will be benefit for those who resell product on the internet.

There are tons of resale rights products on the internet but if you pick the wrong product to sell, then you will not make much profit.

Let me take some example to describe this.

When I was started as a newbie to resell product on the internet, I picked graphic product to resell and make some good amount of money. Afterward, I tried to resell some ebook the topic of ‘How to make money online’ like Affiliate marketing, Google adsense, Google adwords and etc. Guess what? The profit I made not enough 1% of my graphic product income.

There are numerous of reasons why the ‘How to make money online’ products are not selling well.

1. I’m a newbie (nobody know who is Sean Tan in 2006)
2. The resale rights products (How to make money online) most are theories ebook.
3. Thousands of reseller selling the same ebook and playing the price war (some even selling $1)

The ‘How to make money online’ topic has a wide range of customer base. You could sell to anyone that who want to make money online like housewife, student, teacher, internet marketer, taxi driver and etc.

The products will be everywhere on the internet and reseller are just keep the price cheaper than each together to get a sale. Why? Because they have no confident with the product. Make sense?

Like the reseller sell an ebook teach how to make $10k on the internet for $10 each copy. When they saw other sell cheaper than him, then they will put down the price again to against the other.

Think about this, “Why they want to sell cheaper to get a sale if the ebook content is real deal?” Because the ebook content suck and that’s just a game to make money online and some even include resale rights to the ebook so you can sell to the next victim. (smile)

Most of my products are tools, service and information. What does that mean?

Why I don’t sell niche product? This will be same as the ‘How to make money online’ issue.

Let say I have an ebook teach about ‘Dog training’. This is not easy to sell, because you will need to do article marketing, newsletter to provide some tips and advise to build up relationship with your reader and customers. This way, you can make some good money with that topic of ebook. (I’m not interested in those niche products, so I don’t spend my time to do all these)

If you’re selling tools like software and script, then it’s more easier to sell without doing much marketing. You doesn’t need to be an expert of the software to resell but at least know the basic how to use it.

Note: Not all the tools will make you good money but you will need to manually pick a good one to resell.

Here are some of the requirements you will need to know when you want to resell a product.

1. The product is not resell everywhere on the internet that anyone can easily find it on the search engine.
2. You doesn’t require to be an expert of that topic to resell.
3. It must be a quality product that you satisfied.

I have several products reselling on the internet that charge above $40-$67 for each copy. I’m not the creator of that product but I can resell for such price because I have done the research of that product and understand how quality of that product.

This is far more better than selling those $5 crappy products. For a $67 product, I sold just 10 copies and I already made $670 profits to my pocket. If you’re selling the $5 crappy product, you will need to sell 134 copies to make $670. Do you see the different?

I sell just 10 copies but you need to sell 134 copies. (which one do you prefer?)

Think carefully when you buy resale rights product. Read the product and do the research if this product will make you good amount of money. Otherwise, don’t waste your time to resell the crappy product that only make you little money that only enough to pay your electrical bill.

to be called bulletin boards. They are online discussion areas
where you can post a comment and read everyone else's comment.

Because forums are gathering places for people who have an interest
in the forum topic, they are an ideal place to pick up new site
visitors and customers if the forum fits your chosen niche or area
of interest.

With intelligent discussion of issues and generous sharing of the
knowledge you have, you can become well-recognized and accepted
within your forum community.

Forums are also a great place to work at becoming an acknowledged
guru of your topic. When people read your comments and either agree
with them or learn from them, you gain the trust and respect that
are crucial to having your expertise recognized.

One very good way to become a star in your forums is by posting
links to exceptional articles you've written (or got from article

The Internet, above all, is a vast repository of data, and most
data is stored in the form of text. When search engines prowl
the web in search of good sites to rate highly, the only thing
that will register on them is text.

Even picture or video search for example works the same way.
What search engines like Google or Yahoo really do, is not
indexing and sorting the video or image by it's content but by
the text that describes it and the text next to it on a website.

If your page is light on text, chances are you will not rank well.
And if your page has plenty of text but it's put together in the
wrong way, you probably will rank poorly too. There are a lot
of things to be considered when writing content for your site.

That's where private label articles come in. Private Label Right
Articles or PLR Articles in short, are groups of articles, generally
organized into broad niches and categories that you can purchase
in bulk from article brokers like YourOwnArticles.com.

The articles will become your property and you can put your name
on them, use them as they come or re-write them if you like and

hurt you. But if you fill your site up with free articles, you're
sending a message you don't want to send.

Specifically, you're telling your customers that you aren't
competent enough in your supposed field of expertise to write your
own information.

You are also giving every person who browses your website an easy
way to get away from your website and onto someone else's - they
just need to click that link in the reference box. And if the
article's good enough to capture your attention, chances are good
it will pique your customer's attention enough to get them to look
for more from the same author - and not from you.

In short, the resource boxes steal your customers and your sales,
and you're not even aware of it when it happens.

You can use the article directory system along with private label
articles to boost your search engine ranking, just as others do.

Everyone's done it - you go to a great website. As you flip
through, you find tons of interesting information, great things you
want to buy, ebooks you want to download. You vow you'll come back
later when you have more time to check it out.

And you don't ever return. Not only do you never return, you either
don't bookmark it or you forget what name the bookmark was under.
You've lost a potential goldmine of information, and the site owner
has lost at least one, and probably several, potential future sales.

Don't let this happen to your website. Keep your customers coming
back by giving them what they really want: great information and
service.

Hooking Them the First Time
-----------------------------------------

A customer who comes to your site the first time is usually
curious, or thinks that your site has the resources to give him or
her what they are urgently seeking.

If you don't either fully engage their curiosity or demonstrate
that you are what they're looking for within the first ten seconds,
you'll lose the sale, almost guaranteed. If, on the other hand, you
hook the customer, you just might have a sale.

That crucial first ten seconds is all you have to get their
attention, and the best way to do this is by having a clear,
easy-to-read, content-rich homepage that appears to lead into a
website that promises the same qualities. The qualities you should
focus on for your site are:

- Clear, legible, literate text
- Easy navigation
- Good content on the very first page.

Easy navigation is, of course, part of good web site design. To a
certain degree, legible text is also part of design. But clear,
literate text delivering good content falls outside web design.

How many times have you seen a beautifully-designed web site that
has pages filled with jargon or impossible-to-follow information -
or no information at all?

If you can't write well, there are solutions available to you. The
best solution, and one that sets you up as a clear expert in your

How can you leverage the enormous power of niche marketing?

The best way is by providing your web site with great content
focused directly at these niche markets. Instead of selling to the
masses who are interested in Bono and Coca-cola, sell to those who
are hungry for information and resources concerning their special
interest.

In order to do this, you must identify yourself as an expert in the
field you're targeting.

Gurus are the wise men who sit on the mountains, dispensing advice.
You don't have to sit on a mountain but you do need to dispense

When you are feel yourself very busy, ask yourself a question:

“What am I busy with?” and then follow with “I’m busy for what?”

Ok, the first question is what are you doing right now and the second question is you’re doing for what purpose.

This will happen all the time when researching information on the internet.

Like, you’re searching weight loss information on the internet and suddenly you’re attract by the website ads or promotion with other things. You will curious to know more about things while you’re searching for weight loss information.

You won’t know that you have already out of the topic.

You searching weight loss information but suddenly go to read skin care articles.

Sometimes I spent a few hours in my Wordpress blog for nothing. I’m planned to write a blog post but suddenly I was attracted by other things like email notification, wordpress traffic stats and etc.

I loved to watch the wordpress traffic stats.

Always remind and ask yourself 2 questions when you’re doing something.

“What am I busy with?” and “I’m busy for what?”

You will have a very clear mind to know what you’re doing and what’s the purpose doing for. So you will not waste your valuable time.

how to avoid a meltdown

Okay, it's official.

The news media is insane.

Now, let me tell you why this is

good news.

I am in Florida, and Michael
Campbell is in Scotland.

Some weeks back, I called
and asked him a question...

News media was going bonkers in
this country, shouting that the end of
the world is here because of the
credit_crisis.

"Michael, tell me something...
Is the media there hysterical,
claiming that we are the verge of
worldwide financial ruin?"

"Usually," he said.

(Michael is an expert on mindpower,
nutrition and longevity, among other
things, but his true calling is comedian.)

Have YOU seen any reports about
the 'economic meltdown' lately?

When you are in a semi-alpha trance
looking at the television, and a reporter

tells you that "things are bad and going to get
worse for everyone..."

What signals does this send your
mind? What kind of feelings do you
have in your body?

Oh wait, you don't watch the news?

We hope everything is fine and things are progressing for you.

In past time we have been focusing a little on tools, software and
tactics you can use to build your website or blog empire so we
thought it is time to come back to the basics a little.

This is because time by time we need to remember all these tools
are really useful and can do a lot for us, however they will be
useless if they just take dust on your bookshelf or computer hard
drive and you do not put them to use.

Despite what many people think, internet marketing and making
mon;e.y on the web is a long term effort, not a quick game.

Nevertheless don't worry, it can be fun - especially when the first
check arrives in your mailbox or Paypal account ;-)

Remember the main focus you've been after when entering internet or
affiliate marketing?

Mak:ng Mo-ney? Full time or for add:tional in.c.ome? Was it?

Becoming independent from your present job? Right so?

Doing what you want and when you want? Agree?

O.K.

Whatever your dreams are, to make them come true, you need
to stand up and fight for them!

So let's hold that for a minute and focus on your targets again.

I do not know where you are now, but all this is absolutely doable
and far from just being an impossible dream.

If you sell affiliate products for which you earn an average of 20
dollar commission per sale for example, you only need to sell 10 a
day to rank in 200 dollars of pure profit. 10 sales a day! Via the
internet with billions of prospects around, 24/7 opening hours and
world wide customer base.

And there are many products that offer even higher prof:t margins,
like 50 or even a hundred dollar per sale!

Do never ever again think for a single moment that this is not
possible!

But it will take some time and effort to come to that point. And
tools. And knowledge.

But the main point is your very own desire and motivation to
achieve that point.

Remember! Never give up, never stop dreaming. If you imagine
success AND follow through you will get success. There is no other
option!

To achieve this success in the internet you need some "carriers" in
order to transmit your message.

That is content, sales information to your customers. And it is
independent from if you want to sell your own products or if you
want to promote other peoples products as an affiliate.

Only difference is that promoting other peoples products as an

Affiliate marketing means that you just set up a link to the
product website and the product vendor takes care of everything
else whilst you lean back and wait for the commissions to pour in.
So you should consider to give this option the priority.

and make them come true.
